Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Home Loans located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, offering financial advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with bank representatives, negotiating loan terms, and overseeing the loan approval process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Home Loan Sales
• Strong understanding of financial products and the home loan market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
