Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gurugram. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our financial products, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales
• Ability to effectively follow a sales script and adapt quickly to customer needs
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
