Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in Surat. The Telesales Representative is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, explaining their benefits, and addressing any inquiries. The role involves understanding customer needs, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and achieving specified sales targets. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing to the development of the team through sharing feedback and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales, including the ability to identify customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Proficiency in providing Training and supporting team members to foster continuous growth
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
