Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with human resource regulations. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees, handling performance management processes, and addressing employee concerns. The Human Resources Executive will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Experience in HR Operations and developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations to address and resolve employee concerns effectively
• Thorough knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance with relevant regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
