The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage employee issues and ensure compliance with HR regulations. Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in HR software and systems Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
