Responsibilities:

• Create and update job description.
• Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g.Social media and professional platform likeLinkedIn.
• Screen incoming resume and job application.
• Interview candidates(via phone, video and in person)
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media and internally.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensations and benefits.
• Forming and Maintaining employee records-updating database internally.
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e employment contracts and recruitmentguides.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in BMS (HR), MBA or related field.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Female candidates are highly preferred.
