Job Summary


Job Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & HRMS

  • Manage end-to-end employee on-boarding, data creation, and mapping in HRMS.
  • Handle L1 & L2 changes, employee profile updates, and lifecycle transactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates of all HR operations activities.

2. Apprenticeship (NAPS/NATS)

  • Coordinate onboarding of apprentices under NAPS/NATS schemes.
  • Manage registration, documentation, assessments, and monthly claims.
  • Liaise with government portals, training partners, and apprenticeship agencies.

3. SAP & Other HR Tools

  • Maintain and update employee data in SAP HR Module.

4. Insurance Management

  • Manage employee GMC, GPA, and GTL insurance activities.
  • Coordinate employee additions, deletions, endorsements, and claims processing.

5. Vendor Management

  • Handle vendor code creation, updates, and contract renewals.

6. Documentation & Legal Agreements

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, contracts, agreements, etc.
