Role Description We are hiring a Social Media Specialist to plan and execute organic social media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and more. You’ll manage the content calendar, create engaging content, generate leads, and grow online communities. Your role will involve optimizing campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions, analyzing performance, and collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful results. Responsibilities: Plan and implement social media strategies focused on organic growth across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube etc. Build and manage a content calendar to consistently engage the audience. Use organic methods to generate leads and nurture communities. Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor analytics to track performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for impactful campaigns. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of organic and inorganic growth strategies. Experience in lead generation and automation tools. Proven ability to create campaigns that deliver measurable results.
