Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Care First Global Pvt Ltd to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational policies, budgeting, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring dedicated management of people and processes to maintain our high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and Policy Development
• Financial skills including Budget Management and Financial Planning
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Understanding of healthcare industry and regulatory standards is a plus
