Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving internal processes, coordinating across departments, and ensuring smooth execution of academic, administrative, and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across campuses, academy, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with academic, sales, marketing, and content teams
• Set up and improve operational processes and SOPs
• Monitor schedules, resource allocation, and task execution
• Ensure smooth student onboarding, course delivery, and support systems
• Oversee vendor management, logistics, and basic procurement
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
• Support expansion activities (new campuses, programs, partnerships)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple departments and priorities
• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
• Experience in education, training, or service-based organizations is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
