Telesales Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and convert leads into sales. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a professional calling experience.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage..
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
