Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gurugram. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs, providing product information, and guiding them through the loan application process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and working closely with the sales team to meet targets.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and handling customer inquiries
• Sales skills and a results-driven attitude
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and apply learned skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
