Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales representative for home loans, based in Gurugram. The Telesales representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our home loan products and services. Daily tasks include answering queries, understanding customer requirements, guiding customers through the loan application process, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Additionally, the representative will handle customer feedback and provide timely follow-up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing Training for team members
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
