Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage a team of 9 HDB team members, including recruitment, training, and guiding them in sourcing home loan business.
Achieve home loan targets for the assigned area, branches, and internal/external channels by driving team productivity to benchmark levels.
Ensure month-on-month achievement of cross-sell targets including insurance, CASA, and credit cards.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent business inflow.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
