Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Intermediary for Developers:

  • Channel partners act as a bridge between property developers and prospective buyers. 
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise:

  • They handle the marketing and sales responsibilities for specific projects, using their own strategies to attract buyers. 
  • Lead Generation:

  • They leverage their extensive networks to generate high-quality leads for developers. 
  • Buyer Guidance:

  • Channel partners assist buyers throughout the process, from initial property selection to finalizing paperwork. 
  • Market Insights:

  • They provide developers with valuable data on buyer preferences and market trends, helping them adapt to market dynamics. 


Skills expected:

a)Diploma/UG Graduate with Minimum 1 years’ experience in Sales

b)Expect Good communication skills
