Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment:

    Identify, recruit, and onboard new, high-potential channel partners.
  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute channel sales strategies, create joint business plans, and set realistic forecasts.
  • Partner Enablement:

    Train partners on products, provide marketing materials, and offer technical support to ensure they can sell effectively.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with partner executives and sales teams.
  • Performance Management:

    Monitor partner sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to meet goals.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with internal marketing, operations, and direct sales teams to align efforts.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to find new opportunities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven success in sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, relationship-building, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Attributes:

    Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team.
