Job Summary:

Wires

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales growth for

    Wires

    in the

    Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

    and

    Jalgaon

    regions.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with distributors and dealers to maximize market opportunities.
  • Increase both primary and secondary sales within the region.
  • Strengthen dealer network management to achieve wider market penetration.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies to sustain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and stimulate business growth.
  • Oversee territory-specific branding and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the territory.
  • Lead, motivate, and enhance the communication skills of distributor sales teams to optimize their performance.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr)
  • 3-10 years quota carrying sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years channel sales experience in Wires.
  • Should have good knowledge of product market.
