Channel Sales – Plot Sales (Ghaziabad) Position: Channel Sales Executive Project Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 2–8 years (Mandatory: Plot sales in Ghaziabad) Key Responsibilities Manage and grow channel partner network (brokers/agents) in Ghaziabad. Drive plot sales through channel partners to meet monthly targets. Conduct channel meetings, site visits, and trainings. Track partner performance and ensure consistent lead flow. Provide market insights on Ghaziabad plotted projects and competition. RequirementsStrong experience in plot sales in Ghaziabad (compulsory). Existing network of active brokers and channel partners. Good communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Compensation Salary + high-performance incentives.
