As our Capital Markets Business Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and finance, directly impacting:

This is not a support role – you’ll be a strategic partner working directly with US leadership during their business hours, with your insights shaping real-time lending decisions and capital deployment strategies.

Educational Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field from a recognized university
• Strong academic record with consistent performance

Preferred:

• Master’s degree (MBA/M.Tech/MCA) from premier institutes
• Professional certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP

• Reporting Excellence (30%):

  Deliver 95% accurate reports within 2 business days of period-end

Core Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

• Write optimized SQL queries processing millions of records with sub-second response times
• Develop Python scripts for complex data transformations and automation
• Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards serving as daily decision tools for leadership
• Maintain 99.9% uptime on critical financial reporting systems

Business Partnership

• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Finance, Accounting, and Analytics teams
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with 95% first-time acceptance
• Serve as subject matter expert on data catalog and business logic
• Proactively identify and solve business problems before escalation

Documentation & Governance

• Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications
• Maintain data dictionary and process documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data governance policies
• Establish best practices for data quality and integrity

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities across manual processes
• Advise on product roadmap and technology architecture decisions
• Support development of predictive models and forecasting systems
• Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies

Required Technical Skills

• SQL Expertise:

  3+ years working with complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning

• Python Proficiency:
