Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and grow a team of Power BI developers and data analysts to ensure successful delivery of analytics initiatives. Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Strategy: Own and evolve the BI architecture and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Power BI, OneLake, and Dataflows. Analytics Delivery: Lead the development of high-quality dashboards, KPIs, reports, and exploratory analytics to support strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery of insights. Data Quality & Governance: Work closely with data engineering to maintain a clean, governed, and well-documented data environment using Microsoft Fabric tools.
