We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead a team of data analysts and Power BI developers with a core focus on analytics and Microsoft Fabric. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at transforming data into actionable insights and managing high-performing teams that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Manage, coach, and grow a team of Power BI developers and data analysts to ensure successful delivery of analytics initiatives.

• Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Strategy:

  Own and evolve the BI architecture and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Power BI, OneLake, and Dataflows.

• Analytics Delivery:

  Lead the development of high-quality dashboards, KPIs, reports, and exploratory analytics to support strategic decision-making.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner with business units (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery of insights.

• Data Quality & Governance:

  Work closely with data engineering to maintain a clean, governed, and well-documented data environment using Microsoft Fabric tools.

• Process Optimization:

  Implement best practices for BI development, deployment, and support, including version control, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, with at least 2 years managing a BI or analytics team.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in Power BI development and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including experience with:
• OneLake
• Data Factory (in Fabric)
• Dataflows Gen2
• Direct Lake mode
• Strong SQL skills and experience with DAX and Power Query (M).
• Track record of delivering business insights and visualizations that influence decisions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling and lakehouse architecture in Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other tools for advanced analytics.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or fast-growing startup environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern data governance frameworks.
