Business Intelligence Manager

As a Business Intelligence Manager at Pinkerton, you will play a crucial role in transforming ESG and ethics raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and coordinating global or cross-functional ESG and ethics data initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Analyzing environmental, social, and business ethics data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvements. - Incorporating AI-enhanced analytics to streamline ESG data analysis, automate insights generation, and strengthen data-driven recommendations. - Coordinating with global stakeholders to align ESG data tracking with broader business performance metrics. - Presenting data-driven business insights and recommendations to senior leadership and global teams. - Collaborating with Finance and other teams to prepare data for internal or external reporting. - Working closely with stakeholders across functions and regions to implement sustainability and ethics data standards. - Performing all other duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience managing global or cross-functional projects related to business intelligence or data analytics. - Strong proficiency in tools like Power BI, DAX queries, MS Excel, PPT, and other MS Office tools with hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards and data models for actionable business insights & storytelling. - Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools to enhance data visualization, automate insights, and support predictive decision-making. - Skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) are preferred, with experience in writing complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting across relational databases. - Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability frameworks and ethical compliance standards is desirable.
