Business Intelligence Manager

Position Overview –

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Workforce Business Intelligence analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to collect, analyze and interpret workforce data to provide intelligent and actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making related to human resource and workforce management.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis – Create an intermediate data store (using Google's tech stack) that combines multiple data sources into specific tables/views for use by the WFM teams.
2. Reporting & visualization – Ability to build dashboards based on intermediate datastore.
3. Business Insights – Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to provide data insights and identify opportunities for process improvements within workforce.
4. Data Quality & Governance – Clarity on basic principles and best practices for development of data pipelines maintenance to preserve the completeness and quality of the data. Some experience of DBA is preferred but not required.
5. Data Management & Migration – Experience in data migration and refinement of existing data structures, dashboards, and reports which include validation of existing reports for quality and completeness.

Technology Stack Experience

1. Advanced SQL Expert
2. BI Dashboards dev (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
3. Excel/ Google Sheets
4. Google Studio/ Looker, Google Dataplex -> Query Language (Good to have)
5. Data Eng (data processing & pipelines)
6. Data Visualization & Story Telling
7. Stakeholder Management, Client Management & Team Management
8. Experience in Workforce Management or a similar environment (Preferred but not mandatory).

Role Experience

1. 4+ years of experience in a data driven environment as a data or Business Intelligence Analyst.
2. Strong Analytical skills and experience in performing data analysis to address business questions.
3. Team Management, client & stakeholder Management (preferably international clients)

Qualification

1. Any Graduate - Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, MCA or MBA from tier II institute
2. Proven BI experience in analytics, including development of dashboards/ reports, data validation & report automation.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and hands on experience in looker/ Tableau or PowerBI
4. Experience with data manipulation, data integration, and ETL processes – desired not mandatory
5. Excellent problem solving and communication skills, ability to work independently or as a team player
