Business Intelligence Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing data insights and analysis to the senior leadership team, recommending new metrics and strategies to improve operational and quality metrics. Your role will also involve utilizing your deep understanding of economic concepts to drive the company's financial strategy and act as an ambassador for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will be involved in end-to-end problem-solving, communication, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Summarize key data-driven insights for the senior leadership team to drive better outcomes - Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve operational and quality metrics - Demonstrate excellent Data Analytics and stakeholder management skills - Utilize economic concepts to drive the financial strategy - Act as an ambassador for data-driven decision-making within the company - Engage in end-to-end problem-solving and communication abilities - Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis - Take initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of internal reports - Act as a liaison between functional teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Tech - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Deliver engaging customer demos and provide live, on-call support to executives Qualifications: - 5+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Data Science/Analytics background - Experience working with product-based tech start-ups - Solid understanding of data modeling, PostgreSQL, and relational databases, R or Python - Proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase) - Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, and statistical analysis techniques - Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures - Implement best practices for database development - Project Management and/or process improvement experience preferred - Effective communication and facilitation skills with executive level Apply for this job,
