Business Intelligence Manager

Job Title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager/Head of Analytics Location: KALYAN NAGAR KAMMANAHALLI We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing daily sales data, generating sales reports, business reports, and conducting store stock audits for our jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Daily Sales Data Analysis: Analyze daily sales data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales performance. Sales Reports: Generate comprehensive sales reports, including sales performance by product category, region, and store. Develop and maintain reports to track sales trends and forecasting. Business Reports: Create business reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue growth, sales velocity, and inventory turnover. Develop and maintain reports to track customer acquisition and retention. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify areas of improvement in sales performance. Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast sales and optimize inventory levels. Store Stock Audit: Conduct regular store stock audits to verify inventory levels and accuracy. Identify discrepancies and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations. Data Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools. Create visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with IT team to implement data solutions and ensure data quality. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field. Experience in jewelry industry or retail sector is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel). Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms. Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Nice to Have: Certifications: Certified Data Analyst or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst certifications.
