Executes business test cases in support of B2B implementations with reinsurers.
Tests and analyzes final requirements to ensure accuracy.
Supports the management of data and reporting requests.
Assists in maintenance of data and infrastructure behind automation and applications.
Specific Areas of Focus:
B2B messaging execute select business test cases in conjunction with CSS teams to support new and expanded implementations. Perform maintenance activities on the system related to messaging. Assist in preparing reports for internal and reinsurer meetings.
Translates business strategies and objectives into clear business requirements.
Tests and analyzes final requirements to ensure accuracy.
Facilitates effective communication of requirements to the parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
Supports the management of data and reporting requests.
Assists in maintenance of data and infrastructure behind automation and applications.
Facilitates the delivery of training to the user community as part of effective implementation.
Develop and maintain supporting documentation and how to guides as developments are implemented and adapted.
Specific Areas of Focus:
GC Flow execute select business test cases in conjunction with CSS teams. Assist in feedback sessions with CSS teams to collect information on adoption and future enhancements. Perform maintenance activities on the system related to email ingestion, routing rules, and data clean up efforts.
Document Ingestion/Data Extraction work with CSS teams to gather samples for testing. Assist in documenting processes and triaging user issues in production environment.
RPA assist in development of training materials and documentation to support RPA implementations for the CSS teams. Work with IT team to help identify and document requirements for new or revised automated processes.
Client Straight Through Processing - execute select business test cases in conjunction with CSS teams. Assist in documenting processes and triaging user issues in production environment.
