Hands-on experience with marketing portals, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and lead management systems. Strong understanding of product lifecycle and proven ability to lead requirements definition using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Demonstrated experience in developing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence (for documentation), Figma, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Nice to Have: Experience / Knowledge in working with dealer management systems (DMS) or in the automotive/powersports domain. Familiarity with data integrations and API documentation.
