About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong background in Marketing Automation & CRM, automotive industry processes, and software development. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring product vision is translated into actionable development tasks. The candidate must also be able to quickly understand the nature of the work we do, align product goals with organizational objectives, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Handle the Product owner teams, and BA team member as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, sales, marketing) to deliver product increments.
• Act as the, subject matter expert for CRM and Marketing Automation and automotive-related processes.
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy to ensure scalability and innovation.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality and usability.
• Evaluate and adapt product direction based on user feedback, market trends, and industry needs.
• Monitor product KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption and impact.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or similar roles.
• Strong background in Salesforce Marketing, CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) HubSpot Marketing Hub and similar Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Proven expertise in the automotive industry or power sports sector.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to grasp business requirements quickly and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience working with international clients, cross-functional teams, and diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in managing large-scale enterprise applications or data-driven platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in AngularJS, Node.js, .NET, SQL, ADB, and related technologies.
• Previous experience in the SAAS product for the industry automotive.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation software and CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology or similar domain
• Certification in CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO.
