Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Roadmap Ownership

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define

  module-level goals, themes, and quarterly priorities

• Maintain a

  clear, visible, and evolving roadmap

  aligned with the broader product strategy
• Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term product evolution (e.g., platformization, automation, scalability)

Backlog Management

• Own and maintain a

  well-groomed, prioritized backlog

  for the assigned module
• Break down Epics into User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria and business logic
• Lead backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint planning with Engineering, QA, and other teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering to unblock development, clarify scope, and resolve tradeoffs
• Coordinate with Ops, Clinical SMEs, and other stakeholders for accurate requirements and UAT
• Ensure all features are

  regulatory-compliant

  , production-ready, and align with real-world workflows

Delivery & Execution

• Own the

  successful delivery of releases

  , ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies — daily standups, sprint demos, retros, etc.
• Proactively raise and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers

Post-Release & Metrics

• Track product performance via KPIs (e.g., adoption, accuracy, TAT, user satisfaction)
• Gather feedback post-release and plan continuous improvements
• Work with the Product Manager to analyze outcomes vs goals each quarter

KPIs for Success:

• Roadmap Execution Rate

  – % of roadmap items delivered on time

• Sprint Goal Achievement

  – % of committed stories delivered per sprint

• Quality Metrics

  – Bug leakage rate, post-release defects

• Stakeholder Satisfaction

  – Internal feedback from Ops/Clinical/Clients

• Feature Adoption & Utilization

  – Measured through usage logs or surveys

• Time to Resolution

  – For blockers, clarifications, and UAT feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles in healthcare or enterprise tech
• Strong understanding of

  Agile/Scrum

  principles (certification must)
• Experience with

  healthcare modules

  such as Risk Adjustment, EMR integration, chart retrieval, or coding workflows
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like

  Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence

Bonus Skills:

• Exposure to CMS-HCC, ICD-10 coding, NLP/NLU features
• Background in medical claims, provider workflows, or EMR systems
• Certifications:

  CSPO, SAFe PO/PM
