What will you contribute?

A passionate and results-driven

Product Owner

is sought to join the Agile development team. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-value features that align with customer and business needs. The Product Owner serves as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings.
  • Make informed decisions on trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve features.
  • Ensure alignment between product development and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of Financial Industry experience.
  • Requires 6 to 9 years of overall professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and backlog tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and business value.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
