About the team and what we will build together The Director of Software Engineering manages multiple development squads within the Software Engineering group at Kobie. As a key component of our strategic roadmap and client implementations, the right candidate should have experience managing growth, development, and architectural solutions for large R&D projects. The Director of Software Engineering is the primary lead of the software engineers, interfacing with product owners, QA, architects, and business contacts.
