Job Summary: Advantmed is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to assist the marketing department with tradeshow and event logistics , budget management , and marketing campaigns . This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of events and campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of tradeshow participation, keeping track of monthly team monthly expenses, and helping to create marketing content that aligns with Advantmed's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Tradeshow & Event Logistics Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for all tradeshow and Advantmed hosted events. Work with external vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event setup, materials, and staffing are ready on time. Ensure all event materials (booth displays, signage, swag, etc.) are prepared and delivered on schedule. Budget Management Develop, track, and maintain event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within allocated limits. Monitor, approve, and process event-related invoices in collaboration with the finance team. Provide regular budget reports, identifying any discrepancies or opportunities for cost-saving measures. Marketing Content Collaborate with the content team to create event-related marketing materials (brochures, email campaigns, flyers, social media content, etc.). Assist in developing engaging messaging for event displays and marketing collateral. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing content and event materials. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of event content and materials post-event to inform future strategies. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proven experience in budget tracking and managing event logistics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marketing content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva). Familiarity with events and conferences. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
