Role & responsibilities Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure Agile standard processes are followed. Team Enablement: Coach and guide Salesforce development teams on Agile principles, ensuring continuous improvement and high efficiency. Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove blockers that hinder the progress of the team, facilitating smooth delivery. Collaboration & Customer Management: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, and Developers to align business goals and technical solutions. Sprint Planning & Delivery: Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce user stories and enhancements. Metrics & Reporting: Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to assess team performance and drive improvements. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of feedback, learning, and innovation within the teams. Compliance & Standard Approaches: Ensure teams adhere to Salesforce development methodologies, governance, and CI/CD processes. Preferred candidate profile Master's or bachelor's degree level or above in IT / Project management or equivalent experience preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment. Solid experience in Salesforce implementation projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Development Projects In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile tracking tools for managing sprints and reporting. Good communication, facilitation, and servant-leadership skills to drive team success. Experience working with Salesforce development teams (Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA). Ability to coach Agile teams and influence leadership on Agile transformation. Preferred Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP. Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Developer) are a plus. Training/certification in ITIL, Agile, Project Management preferred Should be comfortable for UK working hours.
