About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in
Marketing Automation Software and CRM tool. The ideal candidate will act as a
bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and marketing teams,
ensuring our products align with market demands and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment withbusiness objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and marketers to
deliver high-impact software solutions.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends andopportunities. Develop go-to-market strategies and work closely with the marketing team to
position the product effectively.
Drive CRM tool marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration andcustomer adoption. Translate business needs into clear user stories, features, and acceptance
criteria for the development team.
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback andimprove product offerings. Track and analyze key product metrics, making data-driven decisions for
continuous improvement.
Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high quality andcustomer satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills:
➢ Product Ownership & Agile Methodologies – Experience in Scrum, Kanban,
SAFe, or related frameworks.
➢ Software Marketing Expertise – Understanding of B2B/B2C SaaS marketing
strategies.
➢ CRM Tool Marketing – Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho
CRM, or similar tools.

➢ Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Ability to identify gaps and position
the product effectively.
➢ Strong Analytical Skills – Experience in product analytics & data-driven
decision-making.
➢ Technical Background – Understanding of software development lifecycle
(SDLC), APIs, and integrations.
➢ Excellent Communication – Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and
stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related
field.
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Software domains.
Familiarity with, Power BI, or similar tools.
Product Owner or Agile Certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹733,932.46 - ₹2,126,940.35 per year
