Position Overview: We are looking for a highly driven “hunter” to join as Vice President – Business Development, focused on new client acquisition for our IT services, deep tech solutions, Quality Engineering services, and digital transformation offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian enterprise landscape, a proven ability to sell IT services/solutions, deep tech offerings (such as AI, ML, and analytics), and staffing from scratch, and the drive to open new logos across verticals. Key Responsibilities: New Logo Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients across India, with a focus on deep tech, Quality Engineering, Data engineering, and managed IT services. Hunting & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through market research, referrals, networking, and industry events. C-Level Engagement: Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and GCC Leaders to position our IT solutions. Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position relevant IT services/ solutions. End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive the full sales cycle — from initial contact to proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a structured plan to grow the India business through new customer acquisition, with a focus on deep tech solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing to craft winning proposals. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts to leadership. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT services sales with a focus on new business development in India. Proven success in hunting and acquiring new clients, especially in mid to large enterprise segments. Deep understanding of the Indian enterprise IT landscape, including Healthcare, BFSI ,Pharma , Life sciences and Supply chain.. Demonstrated ability to sell customized IT solutions, Quality Engineering services, emerging technologies, and deep tech services. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a consultative approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with tier-1 or tier-2 IT service providers. Solid network of enterprise CXOs and IT decision-makers in India.
