Vice President of Business Development

As the Vice President (VP) of IT Sales, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the sales strategy of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing important client relationships, overseeing a proficient sales team, and driving the accomplishment of high-value enterprise deals. This high-level leadership position necessitates a successful background in IT sales, a comprehensive understanding of the industry, and the capability to secure significant business transactions. Your primary responsibilities will involve crafting and executing a comprehensive IT sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. You will lead, mentor, and expand a sales team operating on a national or international scale. To be successful in this role, you should possess over 10 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in enterprise IT services is essential. In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are vital for this position. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
