Vice President of Business Development

As the Vice President of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our hotels, banquets, and restaurant portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end property acquisition process for new hotels, banquet venues, and restaurant outlets - Identifying high-potential locations for brand expansion through detailed market research and feasibility studies - Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, and industry stakeholders - Negotiating property deals, management contracts, and lease agreements - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover for new assets - Driving strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth and enter new markets - Representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and build a robust pipeline of business opportunities - Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities - Presenting comprehensive business cases and financial models to the board for approval - Overseeing the integration of newly acquired properties into the company's operational and brand standards Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field - Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the hospitality industry - Proven track record of successful property acquisitions and management contracts - Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills - Deep industry network and excellent communication and leadership skills - Willingness to travel extensively for site evaluation and relationship management.,
