🚀 About the Role

Lead strategic business development for our Solar EPC, IPP, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) verticals. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships in India's booming renewable energy market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop & execute comprehensive BD strategies for Solar EPC, IPP & BESS
• Build C-suite relationships with enterprise clients & government stakeholders
• Lead market expansion and go-to-market strategies for integrated energy solutions
• Scale and mentor a high-performing business development team
• Drive complex negotiations for large-scale solar and storage projects

🏆 What We Need

• 10+ years in renewable energy business development
• Proven track record with large-scale projects (50MW+) for C&I & Government clients
• Deep expertise in Solar EPC, IPP business models & BESS technologies
• Strong leadership experience building BD teams
• MBA from premier institution preferred
