Generation X, also known as GenX.We’re building India’s first creator accelerator & premium talent management company and looking for a beast of a VP in BD – Influencer Marketing to join our founding team.We’re not looking for a regular BD manager. We’re looking for someone who literally eats and smells brands for breakfast – someone who:> Lives & breathes D2C: you already know which brands are hot, which are scaling, and which are desperate for authentic influencer marketing.> Closes deals at odd hours: If a brand replies at midnight, you’re the first to pitch, not the last.> Understands campaigns at a base level: You can brainstorm campaign ideas, build strategies, and pitch them with confidence to CXOs.> Builds long-term relationships: You’re not here for quick wins; you want retainers, not one-off deals.What you’ll do:> Identify and close high-value influencer marketing deals with D2C and enterprise brands.> Design & pitch influencer campaigns end-to-end (strategy + execution).> Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships.> Build and lead a small but hungry BD & campaign team over time.What we offer:> Founding team status (direct exposure to leadership decisions).> Equity + a fixed base (we’re transparent — base is lean at first, with serious upside as you deliver).> Freedom to experiment, build your own playbook, and become a visible leader in the creator economy.Who you are:> 3–6 years in influencer marketing, agency or brand side with proven track record of closing 00,00,000 digits of monthly or yearly deals.> Hands-on in closing deals and executing campaigns.> Obsessed with brands, marketing trends, and creators.If you’re ready to build something iconic with us, drop your CV or pitch at careers@generationx.in] with subject “VP – Influencer Marketing”.
