Talent Management Intern

As a Talent Management Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in onboarding, managing, and coordinating with influencers & creators. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying rising creators & trends across various social platforms, supporting campaign execution through negotiating, tracking deliverables, and reporting results, as well as helping to curate the perfect talent for campaigns & brand collaborations. To thrive in this role, you should be passionate about social media, pop culture, and influencer trends. Being active on Instagram/YouTube and staying up-to-date with what's trending is essential. We value individuals who are curious, proactive, willing to learn fast, and possess strong communication & relationship-building skills. In return, we offer a performance-based stipend ranging from 5,000 to 8,000/month.
