Vice President of Business Development

As a Vice President in Business Development & Influencer Marketing at Generation X, you will play a crucial role in building India's first creator accelerator & premium talent management company. You will be an integral part of the founding team, responsible for identifying and closing high-value influencer marketing deals with D2C and enterprise brands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and closing high-value influencer marketing deals with D2C and enterprise brands. - Designing & pitching influencer campaigns end-to-end (strategy + execution). - Developing and nurturing long-term client partnerships. - Building and leading a small but hungry BD & campaign team over time. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, agency, or brand side with a proven track record of closing substantial deals. You should be hands-on in closing deals and executing campaigns, and have a strong passion for brands, marketing trends, and creators.
