Job Description

As an AVP/VP Sales, your main role will be to drive revenue growth for enterprise clients by implementing high-growth strategies to manage client expectations and maximize conversion and contract values. You will be in charge of handling deals from start to finish, with a focus on growing alongside clients as they expand. Your responsibilities include hunting new logos to drive net new revenue growth and leading a strong sales force that benefits B2B companies by facilitating their growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a vertical business for a specific geography (North America / Europe & RoW), starting with a small team and scaling up to 15-20 sellers. - Drive towards an annual quota of US $1.5 - 2mn. - Build and grow the business from India while leveraging teams in the market for high-value deals, including personal travel for large clients and deals across various verticals. - Immersing yourself in transactions during the first three months to build a repeatable playbook and scale teams accordingly. - Hire and mentor teams, driving productivity and ensuring at least 50% of the team is sourced from your network. - Plan your territory and work with the demand team to generate consistent demand through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies. - Passion for aligning clients" growth aspirations with offerings and hypothesizing solutions. - Utilize consultative selling methodologies to drive consistent conversion rates. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in B2B Sales within Research and Consulting Companies. - Demonstrated ownership of a quota of USD 1.5 - 2 Mn in new client acquisition. - Strong belief in a 10x growth mindset and a passion for achieving growth. - Track record of ensuring teams exceed quotas and building business run rates with high IQ / EQ Sales teams using a consultative approach. - Willingness to execute in a start-up culture with a "Play to Win" attitude.,
