About The Opportunity

Industry: Talent acquisition & IT staffing services focused on US-based technical hiring. Sector: Remote workforce solutions, delivering end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, cloud, data and product teams serving North American clients.Primary Title: US IT Recruiter (Remote — India)Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for US IT roles: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handoff.
  • Proactively source and build candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals for software, cloud, data and product positions.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral screens, create concise candidate briefs, and prepare hiring managers with structured interview guides.
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end—timely communication, expectation-setting, offer negotiation and closing tasks to maximise acceptance rates.
  • Operate and maintain ATS records, track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) and deliver weekly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams across US time zones to align job requirements, prioritize roles and refine hiring strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of hands-on US IT/technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house), with proven full-cycle delivery.
  • Expertise in sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse) and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage US hiring managers and candidates across time zones (EST overlap required).
  • Track record of managing offer negotiations, closing candidates, and meeting SLA/metrics for volume hiring.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with US immigration categories (H1B/GC) and remote-hire compliance preferred.
  • Background recruiting for cloud, data, DevOps or full-stack engineering roles and experience working in high-velocity hiring environments.
