Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Delhi. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process. This includes sourcing and attracting candidates, screening and interviewing, and extending job offers. The recruiter will focus on IT recruitment and technical recruiting to meet the company's hiring needs, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment within the IT industry is a plus
• Experience 2+ Years
