US IT Recruiter

Hi,

We are hiring for Mid-Senior Level US IT Recruiters (1-6 years of experience) for our Hyderabad Office. Candidates with 1 year of experience in BPO/Call Center Voice Process are also encouraged to apply for this role.

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (5 days onsite

per week) | Night Shifts (US EST Timings) | No Remote

Experience:

1–6 years of US IT recruitment experience. Prior implementation partner experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge with job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Experience working with ATS.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and close top IT talent in the US market (C2C, W2 & FTE).

Drive the full recruitment cycle with confidence and speed.

Partner with clients and managers to deliver the best-fit candidates.

Build strong professional networks and accelerate your career growth.
