As an IT Recruiter at Coventek, your primary role is to find the right talent for IT-specific positions while contributing to the overall growth of the organization in the global IT sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle, fostering relationships with potential candidates, implementing headhunting strategies, and identifying IT talent that aligns with the company's technical requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews - Execute global hiring programs and stay updated with international IT trends - Utilize job boards and social media platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates - Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role - Strong technical expertise to understand and communicate IT job requirements effectively - Excellent communication skills and networking abilities - Proficiency in using HR IT recruiter software and job boards - Self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment In addition to the above, a Bachelor's degree in IT recruiting or related fields is preferred along with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of an IT recruitment role and proficiency in English.,
