Job Description

We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team at AceStack, with 2-5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical services and hospital recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US IT positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide innovative solutions.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in US IT recruitment with a strong track record of success.
Strong knowledge of medical services and hospital operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
