Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment efforts for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to source top talent, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow during the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future hiring strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and recruitment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong knowledge of recruitment software and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
