Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team at AceStack, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source top talent.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
