Lead the end-to-end bench sales process , including onboarding, training, and mentoring bench sales recruiters. Proactively market bench consultants to direct clients, tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners to secure project opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers . Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts effectively with vendors and clients. Track consultant availability and project end dates to ensure continuous placement . Coordinate with consultants regarding project interviews, onboarding, and compliance. Maintain and update a database of vendors, client contacts, and requirements . Drive team performance by setting targets and monitoring daily/weekly sales activity. Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with company policies and industry standards. Provide market insights and recommend strategies to enhance bench sales performance.
